【嘉賓1介紹】
Tracy Zhang joined KPMG Beijing office in 1996. She headed the tax practice in KPMG Qingdao office in 2006. From 2007 till July 2008, she worked in International Corporate Tax practice in KPMG New York and FS tax practice in KPMG London.
Tracyis a PRC regulatory and tax expert onChinainvestment related issues. Since 2004, she has been functioning as the leader of the FS tax teams in KPMG Beijing, looking after banking, insurance, security companies and real estate funds. She has been involved in developing structures for foreign investor’s investments intoChina, tax due diligences reviews in connection with M&A transactions and advising on cross border transactions.
【嘉賓2介紹】
Jiadong Qu is concurrently the Chairman of TecPark Development Ltd, which was founded by senior executives in the field of high‐tech and real estate development professionals. Jiadong was executive Vice President of Alcatel–Lucent China, also served as President of Qingdao Lucent Technologies, a joint venture of Lucent Technology andQingdaogovernment with a revenue more than US$600M. Prior to merge between Alcatel and Lucent, he served as Chief of Staff and report to Chairman for the Greater China region. Prior to joining Lucent, he was President of NetStarChina, a networking management company, in 2003.
Before that, Jiadong was one of founders and President of AsiaEC from 2000 to 2003, which
was acquired by Office Depot in 2006. At the same time, he and his partners jointly invested in iSoftStone , IT services company. From 1990 to 2000, Jiadong spent a decade at EDS as EDS China’s Chief Representative and the general manager of Manufacturing Solutions. Prior to EDS, Jiadong was with Hewlett PackardChinaas the Sales Manager from 1985 to 1990. Before HP, Jiadong served in Chinese People Liberation Army from 1975 to 1985. Jiadong received bachelor degree from Beijing Post and Telecommunications Institute in
1983. In 1997, he received MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. He was an elected Sloan Fellow.
